DreamLight Studio ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use dreamlt.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using the site you accept this policy.
Information we collect
When you fill the contact form we collect the name, email, company name (optional) and the project description you submit. We do not require account creation or store payment information on the site. We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 (page views, locale, device type, referrer) and technical error data through Sentry (URL, browser, stack traces of unhandled errors). These tools may set cookies and process limited technical identifiers such as IP address.
How we use the information
Inquiry form submissions are used solely to respond to you and discuss a potential engagement. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs improvement. Error data is used to find and fix bugs. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for the duration of our conversation and reasonable follow-up afterwards. Aggregate analytics data is retained by Google according to your Google Analytics configuration (default 14 months). Error data is retained by Sentry per the configured project retention.
Third parties
We use the following third-party services that process limited data on our behalf: Google Analytics (analytics.google.com), Sentry (sentry.io), Resend (resend.com) for transactional email delivery, and Vercel (vercel.com) for hosting. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement. You can opt out by using a tracker blocker or installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@dreamlt.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
